The meeting was called to order at 7:10 p.m. by president, Bill Clingan. 

The treasurer’s report was read and approved. 

Old Business: 

Bill gave a report on the recent field day activities. We participated in two. The Alabama QSO party and our club field day were both 48 hours long. Our club field day was at the Arab soccer fields. We had several visitors that came and helped set up. 

We have several members who have upgraded to General class. They have been listed on the club web site. 

We have had no problems with the repeater lately.
